How can I become good at baseball again?

I haven't played baseball since 5th grade and I am currently in 10th grade and I wanted to try out for baseball in spring. Can somebody give me any suggestions on how I could get better (again) by then.|||Holy balls. 5 years. thats way too long, it might take a couple of years to get as half as good as you were.|||try working on your arm strength by throwing and weight lifting and practice hitting using a pitching machine|||easy just practice and get used to it|||Steroids.|||Start my running, if your fast then thats good. After that work on your arm, and your arm strength. Have a catch with someone and work with a weighted ball for strength and speed and long toss for distance. Finally, work on your hitting go for contact first then power. If you want to be on the team do these things.|||You can't.|||Find someone to play catch with, if you have no one to play with, play with a wall or garage door , hit the batting cages, good luck.|||practice, practice, practice


repetition is the only way to get better in baseball, work on your skills.
