Baseball??

What are some drills i can do to get better at baseball in a small location with just 12 baseballs 2 bats and 2 gloves and all alone?|||Use the towel drill, it's a great drill. This drill is used to help keep a hitter from uppercutting and force him to take a shorter, more compact swing. Place a towel under the batter's front elbow and have him take swing against live pitching. If he swings correctly, the towel will not fall to the ground because the elbow will pull down, forcing the hands down and making them quicker through the strike zone. If the batter uppercuts, the front elbow will fly upward and the towel will fall. This drill can be used in alkl types of batting practice.

Don't use this drill too much beacuse it shortens the arc of the swing out in front where you want extension. Use this primarily for hitter who chicken wing the lead arm.|||They recently invented something called a batting cage which is helpful

|||Against a full length mirror take some swings and look for flaws, when you are outside with a bat takes swings and focus on a point in the strike zone and try to swing and make the bat go through that spot ex. a fence post, grass

|||Well if youre a pitcher, all you need are those baseballs. Set up a strike-zone somewhere and pitch.

If youre any other position, youll need at least one more person to help you. If youre in a small area you can play soft-toss against a wall or something, or have someone throw you grounders and flies if theres not enough room to hit them to you.

You can probably find somewhere a little more open to get some better practice at hitting and more unpredictable grounders and flies and throwing to bases and what not, but again youll need at least one more person to help you.

One of the good things about baseball is that you can practice pretty much anywhere and someone can help you who doesnt know much at all about baseball. Just be creative. Make up your own drills that work on your weak areas. The best way to improve something is to just do it over and over again.|||look it up in "baseball for dummies".,although I do play baseball for northwest I don't feel like explaining it!!!!!!!|||throw a ball against a wall, and then field it.|||Hitting- Take your bat and in sets of 20 visualize the ball coming over the plate in 9 different areas: High and away, belt level away, low and away, high over plate, belt level over plate, low over plate, high and tight, belt level tight and low and tight. The 180 swings will help you increase your bat speed and hip rotation as well as practice "dragging (for outside pitches)" and "pulling(for inside pitches)" your hands through the strike zone.

Fielding- Find a wall and practice throwing the ball off the bottom of the wall and fielding grounders.|||Run or hit against a net.|||For hitting, go to the ballpark and hit balls against the fence. As you are tossing them up for yourself, try to put some outside, some inside, also try and hit some chest high and some knee high.

For fielding, if possible, find a long flight of stairs, toss the ball to the top and catch it at the bottom. This trains you to keep your eye on the ball and will help improve quickness as the ball will often take "bad hops" on the way down.|||you can masterbate
