Baseball...?

Has there been anybody in the history of baseball that have thrown with both right and left hand in the same game.|||Yes. There have been a few "switch pitchers"

Greg Harris did Sept 28, 1995. He was the last guy to do this in the MLB.

I also remember hearing a story of a minor league pitcher who did this in a game.. against a switch hitter, and the two switched back and forth many times until the umpire had to intervene.

read the bottom of this page for a brief mention of the story:

http://www.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/news/m鈥?/a>|||There is currently a pitcher on the Creighton Blue Jays (college) roster who is a switch pitcher. The only requirement is he has to state which hand he is using before the batter steps in so it doenst mess with the lineup too much.

|||there is curently a college pitcher who can throw mid 80's with both arms...if that helps

|||I remember in the mid 60's there was a Japanese player by the name of Masonari Murakami, SF Giants I believe, who could. If I'm not mistaken this led to a rule change saying that a pitcher could not switch from righty to lefty during a batter's turn at bat

|||There's a kid from Creighton University named Paul Venditte who did it this past season. While you can switch during a game, I think it is illegal to switch hands during the same at-bat.|||wow good Q ,i learn something new, from this answers.

i know this billy wagner use 2 be a righty, but his arm got broken and he swithed 2 being a left handed pitcher.|||well i didn't know until now|||There's some college kid doing it this year. Can't remember his name or team. It was in SI.|||Huh....ambidexterous pitcher. That would mess up an entire lineup.|||Greg Harris - He was the only pitcher ever to do it. The glove he used in the game is in the Hall of Fame as a special exhibit.|||To three points tar - Get off that crack boi, Jim Abbott only had one arm you fool.|||Yes, i remember reading it once. a very long time ago but i remember that he would raise his hands in his wind up then decide on what arm he would use. i believe it was banned a year later because it through hitters off too much|||yes there is a guy that appeared in the 2006 JUCO world series who pitch one inning right handed and the second with the left|||no|||Jose Canseco|||Id say Jim Abbott of the Angels used both hands
